A note to our Loyalty Program members

First, what isn't changing: your earned Loyalty discount remains in place, and you will continue to receive it on every order.

As we evolve our savings programs, the Loyalty Program will be closing on [DATE - TBC].
At that point, your discount will be locked in at its current level. If you would like to reach the next tier before then, now is a good time.

Alongside this, we are upgrading Subscribe & Save. The program has been rebuilt from the ground up, with higher savings, free shipping on every order, and more flexibility than before. The best part: if you are enrolled in both programs, you will automatically receive whichever discount is greater between the two, on every order (discounts do not combine).

What's new with Subscribe & Save

• Save 15% on every delivery when you subscribe to 1 or 2 products (up from 8% before).
• Save 20% when your delivery includes 3 or more items, in any combination.
• Free shipping on all Subscribe & Save orders.
• Full flexibility: adjust delivery frequency, change quantities, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time from your account.

Each subscription is linked to a single shipping address; you are welcome to set up additional subscriptions for other locations. If a product is on promotion, the best available price is always applied automatically. We will notify you in advance of any price changes, discontinued items, or stock updates so you can manage your subscription with confidence.
